Working in BDO s Tax group will provide you the opportunity to:

  • Apply the relevant technical knowledge you have acquired through your degree/diploma to assignments under the direction of BDO s senior tax professionals, you will work with clients of varying sizes from a number of different industries, on numerous tax challenges.
  • Contribute to compliance assignments and prepare tax returns.
  • Provide support on assignments to assess the tax changes necessary to meet market needs, and developing proactive tax strategies to make effective use of business opportunities.
  • Build client relationships through communication, client contacts, and responding to client requests.

Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge

  • Successful completion of undergraduate degree/diploma and CPA pre-requisites (PEP)
  • A desire to provide outstanding client service
  • A commitment to teamwork and proven leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 0-1 year of experience working in tax
  • Willingness to travel to client locations

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
