We are hiring a Sr. Group Marketing Manager within our US Coronary Education & Solutions Marketing Team. You will be responsible for all aspects of managing US customer education, solutions, as well as other customer engagement strategies that support, elevate and drive the US Coronary business' objectives.
A Day in the Life
Set annual plan & strategic focus for US Coronary Education & Solutions team, ensuring alignment with broader marketing/business objectives to drive differentiation for Medtronic Coronary. Ability to set forward a strategic vision for customer programs and engagement that will support strategic direction, align with stakeholders across marketing/commercial organization, and allocating budget and resources appropriately.
Oversee all aspects of US customer education program execution, from agenda creation, faculty selection & preparation, content creation, compliance/legal approvals & sunshine reporting, budget management, attendee targeting, field communications, follow up and more.
Explore paid value-based health care solutions relevant to the Coronary space. Lead assessment of market need, gather customer input, develop solution, gain buy-in from leadership/internal team, and oversee execution of solution pilots. Use results to make commercial recommendations to the business based on modeled revenue/cost analysis, strategic fit to business, field structure & training required to execute among other factors
Lead marketing of programmatic efforts, including branding, communications strategy, advertising development & placement, field and customer communications to drive awareness for the investment in this space
Oversee team management of regional customer advisory boards/consulting groups consisting of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and regional thought leaders as it aligns to business need. Partner with marketing, training, Office of Medical Affairs (OMA) and other internal partners to develop strategy, target & select participants, manage activities and compliance requirements
Build and maintain KOL and key customer relationships with physicians, hospital administrators, and cath lab staff
Build and maintain strong internal network across functions and business units, such as OMA, CVG and other business unit marketing and education teams, coronary product marketing, sales training, District Managers, field sales team, strategic sales organization, OMA, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, and others
Gain customer feedback on proposals through advisory boards, third-party market research, customer visits, and among other channels
Manage quarterly & annual budget, as well as budget planning process
Ability to travel up 30%
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor Degree
7+ years experience in a marketing, sales or technical role in a medical device, pharmaceutical or high-tech industry.
Experience with project management, program design and execution
Previous people management experience
Experience with developing strategic business plans
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
Nice to Have:
MBA or MPH preferred
Combination of sales/marketing, sales management, physician relations & customer focused program management nice to have
Demonstrated ability to understand US healthcare market dynamics
Strongly prefer direct customer-facing medical device experience in the coronary vascular market with comprehensive understanding of the therapies, key customers / opinion leaders, and drivers of the US market

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
