We are looking for a strong team player who is looking for variety and taking ower responsibility as our driver and collaborate with our laundry team.
We need a driver that helps us Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday and Saturday.
Friday can be added optional if a candidate wants to work on 6 days.
Depending on the order the weekly hourly range is between 30-40 hours.
As we are currently building our team we are interested in applicants who would like to work 90-100 percent.
Please only apply if you can cover minimally these days:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday.
- adding Monday or Friday is a big plus.
- Working hours:
10AM to 4PM (approximatelly, based on workloard of the day) Duties:
Deliveries & Pick up:
- Safely transport laundry orders to customers' homes or specified locations.
- Work accurately and above average reliable; follow up with customers if pick up is not ready and delivery 100% accurate.
Quality is king, not speed! - Greet customers with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
You represent our team to the customer and are our ambassador for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to delivery schedules and ensure on-time deliveries.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role a plus - Experience and being comfortable driving a Van (Ford Transit 150) on the narrow and sometime step roads of Marin County - We hire personality - if you have the passion to work in our team and you are above average reliable you are the right candidate to apply.
Qualifications - Valid Californian driver's license - Immaculate DMV Record (and of course CA driving licence) - Above average reliable and punctual with strong time management skills - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - English speaking is a must (comfortable to speak to customers directly or on the phone) - Professional appearance - Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues.
- Physical ability to lift and carry laundry bags.
