Summary:
Responsible for creating and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to meet financial objectives, and improve the customer financial experience.
Leads and supports business systems processes and procedures development and resolves complex business problems.
Leads and supports cash controls and posting processes and procedure development.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.
Supervises staff and manages employee performance; provides on-going performance feedback, addresses problems, orients, and trains employees, verifies competency and identifies and suggests ways to develop skills; monitors workflow.
2.
Builds and updates a project plan for projects based on effort required, risk, ROI, and other factors.
3.
Oversees the creation, maintenance, and distribution of core Revenue Cycle metrics performance reporting.
4.
Oversees daily cash functions and cash control performance.
5.
Organizes and manages complex process automation and enabling technology projects across multiple teams in various departments to successful completion.
6.
Implements identified automation while maintaining quality standards/metrics which improve the customer experience.
7.
Implements and adheres to a project/process methodology to mature the organization's ability to deliver high-quality solutions.
8.
Supports, promotes, and drives implementation of best practices in the areas of business intelligence and analytics.
9.
Manages the technology providers, contractors and consultant organization that may be included in assigned projects.
10.
Partners with the executive management team to prioritize opportunities and provides regular progress reports.
11.
Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Required Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Experience:
Seven years of managerial experience within Finance and/or Revenue Cycle and deep knowledge of the revenue cycle function; five years' experience working with statistical analysis of key RCM metrics, including supporting operational processes and performance as well as identifying gaps in resources and/or financial planning and control activities addressed by RCM; building project plans and guides Revenue Cycle initiatives through implementation; Preferred
