Qualifications:
1.
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
4.
Proven experience with cases involving consumer claims, breach of contract claims, general negligence claims, and other tort claims.
5.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
8.
Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
