CUSTOMER SERVICE RETAIL COUNTER REPRESENTATIVE 2.
PICK UP AND DELIVERY DRIVER / CUSTOMER SERVICE RETAIL COUNTER REPRESENTATIVE Job Description and Duties:
We are seeking a Customer Service Counter Representative with a history of retail customer service experience.
This opportunity entails execution of all facets of the daily operation of our new Tiburon location.
The individual for this position will:
Position 1 Assist customers at our counter, building relationships with consistent customers Operating a POS system, ringing in customer sales Reconcile daily credit sales Conduct accurate / secure store inventories Resolve customer service situations at the counter.
Prepare items to be sent for processing to our state of the art processing facility.
Maintain an immaculate store, front to back Position 2- Pick Up and Delivery Driver /Customer Service Retail Counter Position:
In addition to the Customer Service Retail Counter position listed above, you will be using our company vehicle (Mercedes Sprinter) to Pick up and deliver laundry and dry cleaning to customers homes and offices in the Marin area.
No experience in the Dry Cleaning field is necessary & No work done on premises
Qualifications:
This position requires strong English, verbal, and written skills Requirements:
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Must be exceptionally DEPENDABLE/RELIABLE on TIME, and work well with others with very little supervision.
Outgoing personality, loves to smile and interact with the public Self motivated team player Superior attention to detail Physically able to lift 10 lbs using proper lifting technique.
Must be available to work on Saturdays Delivery Driver position:
Must have clean driving record, no points, & provide DMV printout Able to drive Mercedes Sprinter van Compensation:
Wage starts at $20.
00-$25.
